In short
This website sets no cookies and does not track who visits it. The font is hosted on our own server. We process personal data only if you write to us, call us or send an audit request.
Visiting the website
The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). When you open it, the server processes technical data: IP address, time, page requested, browser and operating system. This is needed to deliver the site and run it securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not analyse this data ourselves.
Vercel is based in the United States. Data may be processed there.
Audit request
In the form, you enter the name of your property, the town, your name and your phone number and, if you wish, your email address and a preferred date. We use these details only to call you about this request and to prepare the audit (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
The request is sent as an email via the Resend service (Resend Inc., USA) to our Microsoft 365 mailbox. We delete it once the request has been dealt with, unless we are legally required to keep it.
Phone, email and WhatsApp
If you call or write to us, we process what you tell us in order to reply. The WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp (WhatsApp Ireland Ltd.). WhatsApp’s terms apply only once you send a message there.
Links
The link to LinkedIn is an ordinary link. No data is transferred until you click it.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, have it corrected or deleted, have its processing restricted, object to that processing and receive your data in a commonly used format. To do so, write to us at the address above.
You can also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which in Italy is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
